Happy to! Im starting to loosen a bit and will eat with different spices and sauces, as long as the main thing im eating is meat or seafood! Most importantly is that we should be eating clean, unprocessed foods!

Put Vicks on Spencer's chest and feet with a tight cotton shirt and socks. Eucalyptus oil in a humidifier will loosen the mucus. Sit in the bathroom with the shower on hot and steam it out. Praying for a quick recovery.

Old wives tale not to bathe a child when I'll. A warm bath before bed is relaxing for anyone, especially a child. Put in warm pajamas and tucked into bed is a good idea.
