The peanut butter cups are amazing ! I really love Trader Joe's mainly because you can get condiments without corn in it. Mayonaise, ketchup, relish, and pickled beets. I also love their baked beans ( no corn, wheat, or soy ) and taste so good.

I typically do not add my 2 cents to any youtube videos but after watching this video and going to Trader Joe's in Westlake, Ohio, I did purchase those Organic Different color carrots and roasted them in my Oven and they are my new go to Vegan snack food. Absolutely DELICIOUS, and from other things I've been watching like Dr. Greger's videos, he says that both carrots and celery's anti-oxidant values INCREASE with cooking. So now not only is it DELICIOUS, but it's highly nutritional as well. I also purchased your other items like the Bagel Spice and the Peanut Butter with flax and chia. The spicy tofu, now at my 65 years of age, just doesn't do well with my Acid Reflux and GERD but everything else is WONDERFUL. THANK YOU for such great input!!!!

The Tomato-Sweet Pepper soup is really good. My kids love it with a grilled cheese made with smoked cheddar or gouda. My son loves the frozen green tea moochi. Its in with the frozen desserts.

First off, you have a good (pretty, nice voice), authentic camera presence (nothing seems fake, clumsy, or rehearsed). You’re adorable and your well-behaved daughter was so sweet with her little bow. I love TJ but our closest one is about 30 minutes away. No biggie but since it is we don’t go as often as I’d like. Their prices are so reasonable and the staff is amazing. I loved your list but have a few more things I love - if you don’t mind me sharing. I LOVE their individual low calorie frozen mac n cheese, frozen mandarin orange chicken, water crackers, and this Mediterranean yogurt chive dip back in the dairy section with the hummus. A staff member turned me on to a container mixed with a can of their canned chicken and served with their water crackers. Mmmm Mmmm Mmmmm!

Agree. It comes from teaching at a very young age, giving them a heads up before you enter a store and genes. My genes?, my kids were very calm and I let them have one special item and pick what they wanted in their lunches ( with my approval). Also, taught how to compare prices and volume.

I only buy unique things here. It’s too expensive, meals are in single portions. They sell very high quality affordable seasonal white chocolate. They have a seasonal toffee cake I found that my Mom loves. Great supplies for making your own candy or baking, such as different types of nuts, flour and coconut products. They have a good cheese selection. Their baking mix is better then Bisquick in my opinion and has better ingredients although most of my baking and cooking is from scratch. I don’t buy meats or fish there except pork loin which is the same everywhere. Their eggs and dairy are fine. Fruit and veggies are there. I usually like a bigger area for that. It’s a great neighborhood store, but I am near others that I’m happy with. It’s about what day you shop and get sales and use coupons at other places. I usually just buy what’s on sale and cook around it. Even if it’s just avocados on sale, I’ll buy and put inside an omelette.

1.) I'll have to try the rainbow colored carrots... 2.) I like the peanut butter cups. :-) 3.) Go for the rainbow cauliflower, rather than the other types-mashed or grilled... But if its cauliflower in any case, I'm sure its plenty tasty. :-) 4.) Don't need portion controlled "treats"... Goodies are meant to be ENJOYED... (But not too often) :-) 5.) So much of this stuff you could do better with just buying whole/real food versions... 6.) Agree with the sour cream and onion puffs... Pirate's Booty is NASTY... 7.) The hummus is "ok"... 8.) Don't need cooking sprays...

It also has to do with how she's doing raising her. When my son was small we raised him on mostly healthy foods, and a certain amount of discipline. We had friends who let their kids eat all kinds of junk food but instilled discipline and their kids were well behaved as well.

I wish I lived close to a spacious TJ's like the one on this video! I'm in central San Diego and the TJ close to my place is almost the size of a one bedroom apt!.....LOL! So I had to watch this video to see what else they have because there's no way to casually "shop" at mine, without 20 people on top of you trying to look at same section you are...haha!

I love Trader Joe's pizza the best. My dog won't eat the beef jerky dog treats. I live the grilled chicken to put on a salad. I also love the balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing and I don't think it has any carbs in it.

I looked up the white bean with hummus item listed at the end of the video, and it said that it has milk products in it, and is made on equipment that processes animal products. Oil is the third item in the ingredients, which is unhealthy due to how oils are processed. I didn't look at the other items on the list, but you must read labels if you really want to stay healthy, as vegan processed foods are full of ingredients that are not good for you, just like non-vegan junk food is.

For me, the addictive TJ gummies are the mango ones. I keep them in the fridge so they are even more satisfyingly chewy. There is a mix of color-coded mango-based flavors in the bag; I like the ones with yoghurt best but all are good.
