Trader Joel got glitched through the ceilings and ended up in this secret bedroom and i was unable to interact with him - especially as a new player i wondered if he didnt wanna talk to me anymore after i failed a quest xD so thanks for saving my playthrough!

Just a little info, if you are able to inter ghost mode you can get behind all of the traders and access everything they have back there.

Yeah. Enter god mode kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z4Krf2t_Yrt-etk and then you can open all the boxes behind the trader. Don't leave god mode though or you get pushed out of the protected zone. I am going live in a few hours to look at all that kind of stuff tonight in a prefab editor stream!!
