Oh gosh I miss Trader Joes - Its the one huge thing I miss after moving back to Australia! Their chocolate covered pringles are a DREAM haha

I struggle with histamine issues from time to time! For me personally, coffee is a huge trigger…it’s quite high in histamine 😭 and sadly, the perfect supplements protein powder too…really anything fermented for me. I hope you can find what your triggers are! It can be sooooo frustrating!
