On the risk management part, if you want to get the 10,00$ account With 1% you'll be risking 1.75$ /2$ per trade .With 100trades per month and a RRR of 5,,,I'll have made 1000$ with 100% trade wins which is highly unlikely due to Draw down Is it viable? Hey, you can use the tool for any account size but you for sure are not going to get a 100% win rate with 1:5 RRR. Best aim lower first and build your account slowly

No offence but I watch your videos at 1.5X regular playback speed ... you're way too chill bro! (jk) ;-) LOL RE: Max Daily loss, one thing to watch out for is the end of day spread explosion! FTMO has very nice tight spreads, most less than 10 points BUT at 23h55 the spreads explode into 100 of points and that could mean losing your Max Daily loss at the end of the day due to that alone ... so if you're going to trade large lots make sure you close all your positions before that time!

I had this problem too, you have to create a new account with a new email and only use credit card. If it returns your payment just call your bank and tell them you approve that charge.

Hey Kieran, what's the difference between having a $2k account of my own money vs getting a $50k Funded Account on TopStepTrader with a $2k trailing max drawdown? Maximum loss is still $2k, and the 20% profit share means that it's no longer worth it if you make >$15k over time as you'll be losing money to them! Am I seeing this right?

Hey Wilson, you would only lose the money you paid in subscription fees with Topstep. You would lose the whole 2k on your personal account if you blew the account up

Hello Kieran, I'd like to ask a question. During the FTMO challenge, if the profit target is hit before the 10 days minimum is reached do they fail you? My account has been traded for 7 days and i hit my profit target on the 7th day but they failed me (and i didn't fail any of the other objectives). I thought i just had to continue trading for 3 more days for the 10 days objective to be achieved but they didn't allow me to continue once the profit target was hit...

Hey Brendan, I can't give tax advise but once funded you will sign a contract and essentially be an independent contractor to FTMO, so that is what you need to consider.

personally I use London open momentum to trade very large lot size for 3-5 pips and I'm done for the day! 1-2% sometimes more ... no SL, quick in and out ... but it takes years of practice, def not for everyone
