Thanks for watching. I realized after I added both, that I had changed the script to allow for both a bullish and bearish cluster to appear in one indicator. I used to apply the indicator 2x and make one bullish and one bearish. Old habits die hard. ^BW

Please explain how you would trade using this indicator? The daily chart was grinding in an upward trend for the longest time while your indicator was whipsawing up and down the whole time…..so how to trade using this system? The only way I would have traded this using options is going Long based on the divergence between price levels and the levels of your indicator.

One entry consideration might be entering long after a bullish (green dot at the bottom) cluster and a confirmation of an up move, like a new higher high or a Close Above High Of Low Day. ^BW

Renko Bars are already available on the thinkorswim Desktop platform. To enable: Click on chart Settings (the gear icon) Select Time axis Under Aggregation Type > Range Pick Renko Bars under Range type. ^BW

You might try Volume Profile and Monkey Bars for order flow and footprint. But remember, all non-mathematically manipulated displays of volume are normalized and don't show true footprints because of dark pools (ATS) ^BW

Schwab bought an aging platform. All these are old news. We do need real footprint, orderflow data, custom bar type capability like unirenko…everything else is an excuse of not upgrading the platform not to catch up to the competition. I moved on to NT8 for these reasons.

@@tradertalkswebcasts I don't care about dark pools, I understand all the tricks that the big players have up their sleeves, but dark pools are the least of my worries. I don't need Iceberg indicators either, since I can watch the DOM and see when there is an active player with an Iceberg order, it's when the tape stops dead cold and backs off and then stops dead cold again, don't need a fancy indicator to tell me it's an Iceberg, just watching it. Volume Profile, TPO and Monkey Bars as given to us by TD-Schwab are ok, but are absolutely inferior, esp. MonkeyBars to all the other platforms, you most likely are losing customers to other platforms that offer these tools and likely to lose another with almost 8-figure account value. You guys have all the data and hopefully, the programming talent to do it, you just obviously don't feel like it's worth it. But ask yourselves, do you like losing to other TradingView, GoCharting, SierraCharts, NinjaTrader, TradeStation, ATAS and the list goes on. Every software package provider has orderflow tools, except. TOS, you guys are going to lose the battle in the long run. I am a software engineer and I find it insulting that your programming staff doesn't take anytime to modify the tools that you have to make them better, more than just giving us new buttons. I am forced to use the low quality thinkscript to attempt some effort at making orderflow tools, but without access to real arrays of data and bid-ask volumes it's an impossible task, so I attempt to mimic a footprint chart with my custom version of DataProfile, MonkeyBars and VP. It's a busy looking chart and I shouldn't be asked to jump through so many tasks to accomplish a feat that your team can produce quickly. Yes, there are clever folks on UseThinkScript forums that have attempted all kinds of volume and price-action analysis, but the #1 complaint from all of them, is lack of access and support to REAL ORDERFLOW DATA AND TOOLS. All it takes is to download those platforms play with the tools and the programming staff should come up with a solution pretty fast, get busy, PLEASE!

Far be it from me, that this may make me seem like a fundamentalist, but I feel that this info may be a red flag that others should add to their risk management for the possible bottoming of UPS. See relative news on Think or Swim News dated 8/26, stating that Whales are 62% bearish, and setting an estimated ups price of 115 to 150. Good trading all.

I tested the kr cluster scripts tonight on the 3 minutes es chart. I do not understand why you have to install 2 times on price. It also works when you just install it 1 time. The kr script works on price on the daily. Anything less than a day, it does not show up unless you unmagnified to the max. The dot needs to be closer to the candle on the 3 minute chart.

The adding 2x is my fault. I edited the script so that it showed both bullish and bearish clusters at the same time. Used to have to add 2x. I'll see if it can be edited to paint the dots closer to the candle. Haven't yet found that function in thinkscript, but there might be a way. ^BW

I use the RSI a lot in trading. I find it very helpful when the line goes up over 70 or under 30. Can Ken create a script that can create the shaded areas over the 70 and under the 30 lines? I think many people will find it very useful. Thank you. Ed

WHAT HAPPENS ? when U have a working script that is not working i got the answer and the Problem the problem is NTP / NetworkTimingProtocall the sequence of data coming in is not Sinked look at your MACD SET UP 2 OF THE SAME if U have 2 accounts better yet make them 1 min CHARTS and compare them when Traffic is slow not so much but when HIGH the MACD can have more the a 100% differenceor 300% . i am at a level 4 tech support 15 technicians also Money missing from my ACCOUNT . AND STILL NO ANSWER .
