Today's segment kicked off with a review of the SPX, NDX and RUT. We then looked at the TNX:CGI for our yield discussion and its potential impact on small cap stocks. Next, we checked in on oil before reviewing the charts for the energy, discretionary and consumer staples sectors. Finally, we touched on some stocks in the news this morning, then briefly reviewed our example portfolio. Recent market moves have resulted in some executed stop orders so we reviewed the relative success and failures of those transactions.
