See, the problem is that you didn't have you, yourself to learn from.....If you could have learned from you, you would have become profitable much sooner. No fatigue whatsoever, and will be taking a supper break and doing the same thing with this video this evening. As always, thank you so very much..... I've gone from struggling to understand the available books, etc., to enjoying every minute... So much so, I forgot I have ADD and most likely only need half of what I needed to stay focused just a month ago. Amazing, I must say...... Thank you for that, also, but more so, for your work....

@@TradeWithTrend With all due respect, you may have it reversed.... It is I that thanks you for the support. And I am sure that I will be watching all that you have put up, even if it isn't in an area that I see myself working in. I learn something from everything here, even if it's just the insight of how something else works. I am seeing myself as somewhere between swing trading and positional trading. I'm trying to steer my nephew towards positional trading until he becomes faster at recognizing what needs to be understood. Then, if he goes to faster trading, great, but at least he'll have had a chance to play in the "slower" leagues before trying to play for the Yankess..... PS: I love the fact that some of your followers asked for live discussion on Fridays and Saturdays.... That, to me, is a sign of taking something seriously, regardless of what the subject or craft. It definitely looks like you attract the better 20% of the crowd....

@@nothankyou5524 Thank you again. The best way to learn stock markets is to start with positional / long term trading. In years to come, your nephew will consider this as the best advice you ever gave him. And do tell him, I'm available to solve his doubts/queries.
@nothankyou55244 жыл бұрын
I must again tell you, that even when my ADHD kicks in, and it can kick with a wallop, your materials are so interestingly put together and so compelling to learn from, that with a couple of recently developed learning techniques, the ADHD rarely gets the better of my for very long. For what ever it might be worth to someone else, I download the transcript, put it in text book form with a good amount of space between each sentence for notes, and then listen to the video, while reading along. I note each change in screen, screen shoot it the next time through, and then print and use everything as a follow along booklet for you teaching. Pushing my nephews to do that also, but being young, they still think that less is more. But that will change. Either that, or they are just waiting for me to redo all my notes from your work and then just forward them the booklets. It could go either way..... Thanks again, sir.....

Do you have a playlist of other videos regarding Charting for beginners, such as myself?

Thank you again for such beautiful video. 2 ques: 1. In the ICICI trade in the video you triggered the trade even when Tenkan and Kijan were flat and not trending (contrary to what you initially taught in the first video) 2. What's the difference between Beta and RS?
@TradeWithTrend4 жыл бұрын
Hi Vivek At times, you just know price would move. This is why I do take some small risk to initiate trades and then I scale in. Beta and RS are different. Please watch my RS videos to understand this.

Thanks for another insightful vdo on IM. A couple of queries.... 1) In the earlier vdos on IM, for swing you mentioned that all (tenken, kijun, senkou a & b) should be trending up (assuming long position). But over here you mentioned only tenken & kijun should be up. Please clarify 2) For RS, sometimes the avg length used is 10 and sometimes 200. So which one do we go for? Does the average line has any significance?
@TradeWithTrend5 жыл бұрын
Thanks Sameer. Conditions differ based on how we implement. Since this involves multiple time frames and 15 mom chart for entry, follow what I have shown here. This is also a mix of Technical and Fundamental approach and hence have altered few rules. Re RS, just look for trend of RS line. Don't include average on it. Hope this helps.

Not going to fib.... I am using the ichimoku system more and more often profitably, but when I went to cash a couple of weeks ago, I must admit that I jumped out based on what I saw as a confirmation of a candlestick "engulfing type pattern". Originally, I asked you about candlesticks vs HA candlesticks in combination with Ichimoku. Am I incorrect, or is a nicely colored price line indicator just as good. If I am incorrect, don't tell me why. If i may, just refer me to the correct videos to review, and I'll let you know when I have an answer for you to check, be it correct or not. than you again and always. More fun that restoring a car of the same make and model for the third time in my life. New things bring new life. Thank you for that also.
