It's so good to see people use and love management software. I run a band management software and people are often put off by the cost, but the time saved is worth it alone! If you're ever unsure just do it. They often don't cost more than your Spotify and Netflix subscriptions!

by far the best description of how this software works. swayed me to swapping from joist. just one thing id like to see. the option to pick what days i work. eg if i book a job in thats seven days starting on a Wednesday say, it will populate me as working the weekend on the scheduler. it would be ideal to turn on/off what days we work like you can the working hours. thanks for the informative video

Yep. Made the full switch last month. Imported all my clients from joist. Is csv and worked out a way to imported my historic jobs from joist also

Hi The only thing I don’t like about Tradify, is that when you send an email to a client the email link looks fake. It’s a shame they can’t link your email to Tradify. What’s your opinion on the email side of things. Thanks

Hi, Thanks for this. I use QuickBooks online and have it linked and send invoices to it. Issue is tradify doesn't pick up expenses as i mark off with bank feed. How do I record expense without a job sheet. In my understanding tradify is not for accounting so much but more geared towards job costing so can't use tradify for everything?

Great to hear you’ve linked it up ok. Tradify is not an accounting package and therefore you will still need that but it’s just a way to create all your documents and track your jobs etc

I know i am a year late but can you give some insight into the import process, my local CEF said they can’t do that

I use it for over 2 years. It's a good piece of software BUT it will be a good idea for TF to tell us when they are planning to put their act together and stop messing with it. The last few weeks is very slow and they even manage to brake it once ON a working day. Not to mention that some member found 3rd party adverts on the quote they were sending.

@@TradifyHQ Do you mean about the advert? How about that TF is slower than an old lady walking with a frame? This is a constant issue of which people are complaining on almost daily base, something that you either ignore or you are unable to fix for weeks now. Not to mention that for a reason that makes no sense at all, when I went VAT all of my existing contacts remain on 0 VAT. Something we only discovered by accident and could only fix by a fiddle TF told me AFTER I contacted customer service, and that's not good enough as it could lead us to a massive admin nightmare. When you have a customer on the phone or need to raise/check a tone of invoices on a platform so slow as TF is right now is an absolute nuisance. You were a very promising platform but unless you pull yourselves together and start listening to your customers complains.

OK this quality!! i have been watching your content for some time and never noticed that was not subscribed so first a sorry for that. been trading as an security system installer for 2 years and struggled with using goggle calendar, express account and a few other things. Moved over to QuickBooks and tradify over xmas and wow the 1st two weeks of this year is amazing im not missing jobs due to forgetting a quote and not having to chase quotes up. The information i have gained from you (not just this video but many) is helping my business grow and i thank you for this.
