Does tradify send out reminders for boiler services automatically?

Hi there, thanks for your comment! We do offer automated appointment reminders by text message and email, but these messages are templated and at present can't be edited. So they wouldn't mention a boiler service specifically. We do offer recurring jobs however, so you could set this up in Tradify and then send an email to the customer when you see the recurring job has generated.
