Hi pal I saw you in the shop that day thought I recognised you I’m in the Christmas jumper lol Question I’ve recently started collecting pokemon again I’m currently trying to master set Stella crown and surging sparks, what is it you look for when buying cards

@@Poki.pops2987 ah dam will have to say hi next time! If I’m buying raw cards I just make sure the condition is nice, no visible damage, check the back of the card for white edges around the border and check the centering looks ok. In terms of what cards I pick to buy, I pretty much collected all the vintage I wanted years ago so don’t really touch that anymore. When it comes to the new sets I don’t actually master set them. I prefer to just pick out my favourite cards based on the artwork and/or the pokemon it features. That way I’m not buying all these extra cards for the sake of finishing a master set. A common thing a lot of other people do is they pick their favourite or few fav pokemon and then try and collect all the cards across all the sets for that one!
