Great lesson thank you I’m starting to understand trends better. I haven’t been loosing but I’m only making 60 - 130 per day off 10 contracts because I don’t ride the trend fully and I don’t fully understand when a pullback is healthy.

One thing I noticed is pullbacks will 1st start at the 13 or 48. Then go higher or make a double/triple top. Draw a line at the top. If it doesn’t close at or above your line and then the stock opens above your line we are more likely to start a downtrend to test the 200 ema. Where we could bounce again. But not make it past the 13 or 48 ema, thus showing we are still going down further. It’s a lot to pay attention and it happens so quick but u got this

Lol if only it worked that simple man…. That would be great. But really there are smart $ buy in levels and at certain times when the institutional buyers that can move the markets algorithm go off and they can jump in. Thats usually the 786 area on fib from looking on day chart from recent swing low to high if in an uptrend and opposite if down. Around that level 78.6% it usually bounces in direction and thats because the funds start buying.
