I’ve been studying for almost a year and just learned about John Carter. What would be the alert if want to be alerted as soon as a bar is smaller or bigger than the previous one? I use this indicator like this…2 timeframe and as soon as a bar starting to raise compared to the previous one. I go in the smaller timeframe and I wait for a ema20/50 cross.

Research at MIT by David Elliot showed that Markets are outside the NOISE RANGE when Bollinger bands are 0.8 SD & are 10 periods & price is trading outside the trending BB--no matter what the time frame( 5M,15M,1H,4h,Daily---etc.).
