why am i given the option to buy "US stock market bundle" if i buy the premium for $287? is that not already included in the $287? if not, what does the $287 cover? I would like access to NYSE & Nasdaq pre and post market data but your pricing seems deceptive. first you say it's only "23.98/mo" paid in full, ok, but then i have to pay for some bundle for an additional $119/year to even get the data?

Buying a plan and purchasing the data you need are two separate events. So, it's key to pick the plan that has the features you need and then layer on the necessary data.

My account has been hacked, they changed the email without sending a link to click, my username is also changed, I am using Premium plan, there is NO 800 number to call, all I get is a voice mail, how long does it take you guys to solve this and get back to me? I paid a lot of money and I cant blieve the security is this bad. I need my account back now. I posted in twitter, reddit and absolutely no help, I saw someone had similar issue posted on reddit and it took them a A LONG time to get their account back. Can you guys please do something about this?
