Price Alert Trading Examples: Tutorial

This video is about creating price alerts and waiting for your level to hit. It shows several examples or ways alerts can be used. For example, price alerts are great for buy dips, setting stops or building a process for any trading strategy. The key though is this: do your research first and then set a price alert.
There are several ways to create price alerts on TradingView and this video will walk you through all of the tools and examples. You can right-click anywhere on the chart and create an alert at that level. You can also create alerts on specific indicators or using your drawing tools.

Can you please do a deep dive on all the types of alerts? I've read through the documentation but it's really hard to grasp the differences between things like Exit Channel and Outside Channel. I also don't fully get what Moving Up does.

My alerts are not being triggered I am on the pro plan. The price clearly goes straight to the alarm and it isn't being triggered. I just have it set on the standard crossing and price clearly crosses this line and the alarm is never triggered. Any help would be much appreciated

Trading view, Need to add Conditions like close below / close above. Options like once per day. Also alerts editing option in mobile app.. Thankyou..

Alerts for closing prices? There are ways to create this alert right now, although nothing defined for "close" - interesting idea.

You can create VWAP alerts! We can make a dedicated video about this. Follow the same steps, but right click on the VWAP line and then select Create Alert.

make normal thickness-adjustable bars - since there is no fixed thickness in them - the thickness changes with the scale - what kind of genius created this - just ridiculous - can't you see it

@@TradingView just open the bar chart and try to make thick bars - you will not succeed - they will only become thick when you zoom in - and at a normal scale they are thin - that is, there is no setting for a fixed thickness of the bar chart
