Hi I am a Plus member who has paid for the subscription but I'm downgraded to basic, my support ticket is only received and no one replies to my request (I read that only paid members get support?) How can I get in touch with support now even though I am a paid member?

Is the support feature some kind of scam in India, because neither the support tab loads nor do we get any other option to raise a support ticket. Tradingview charts are not loading across my multiple devices and I have spent 2 hrs trying to raise a ticket which is not happening!

Not a scam! Are you using a free account? It's important to note that paid members have priority access for opening a ticket and getting a response.

I paid for a subscription and it seems to be attached to another users account. I do not know how this happened but I would like this fixed asap. I sent a message and I see that the only way that you guys except messages is for only paid people. That is ridiculous! Your help center is not helpful and it also does not show that I even reached out.
