Auntie still tasting the broth and won’t start selling until she thinks it is absolutely just right. A broth that is truly the heart and soul of this place. I could put anything into this broth and it would be delicious. Still at a cheap price and the dipping sauce is absolutely fabulous.

I used to live in this neighborhood. She opened this business in 1994 when I was 12 years old. The price was 5K VND at that time. Whenever my Mom didn't make dinner, we ordered this hotspot and they brought it to my house. Now I am living in the U.S and watching this video makes me recall a lot of memories. One pointer: When you speak to someone older effectively auntie best to use the word "con" pronounced gong to refer to yourself. It's more personal instead of "toi". Keep making great videos.
