This xi quach was so melt in your mouth, plus the addition of the pork ribs just made this an unforgettable meal. Now the best part is the friendly owner that just wants everybody to have a good time, not to mention the extremely cheap price. A must visit place every time I come back to Saigon.

You can do it! Max has come so far in a short period of time that it's quite amazing. There's also Chris in Hanoi who is crazy good in Vietnamese. And "Vietnam Meets Dustin" is also really good (his tonality is superb!). Phuc Map has a great vocab, but his tonality needs a lot of work.

Dude, the way you speak Vietnamese and how you immerse yourself into Vietnamese culture represented through your food tour really deserves my utmost respect. I don't have the habit of commenting on KZbin but you have earned this one for sure. Hat off! Love the idea of mixing mam nem with cha gio and grilled meat, but may I suggest the better combination would be either with sweet and sour fish sauce in the South or minced pork liver and peanut sauce from the Central? Should try the latter some day man :D

Hey Max, love ur content, it’s been about 3 years now I haven’t gotten the chance to come back to Vietnam cuz of COVID and stuff. However, I’ve been able to learn a lot and catch up on a lot of things through your videos. Love ur vids man! Keep it up.
