Great video Pete. Learning to trust your form & sequence @ any distance comes thru hard work. The key @ any distance is to focus on execution not the result. Shoot your form & stay on proper execution of the shot with your mind & you’ll achieve the desired results.

Thank you Peter. I also find myself focus on the spot for shorter ranges and use a deliberate, more aimed gap from 15-18 meters and out🤔

Get a Wengerd Markor best bow I've ever shot. Got my grip the very best. Really performs. With Selway quiver silent.

Love your videos but I have 1 question how strong is your bow when your hunting roe deer Greetings from austria
@peterjuulsgaard4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! My bows are around 45 - 50 pounds. But it’s not because I need it! It’s because I need to live up to the rules we have for kinetic energy in our country. Thanks for watching

So, when your shooting at distance your taking note of arrow tip (gap or whatever) however, at shorter distances your shooting more or less instinctive style? Nice upload as usual Peter.

@@peterjuulsgaard So true, he was discussing this while learning how to use an atlatl from an atlatl expert.
Peter, what poundage do you shoot? I've finally settled on a 60 pounder and stuck with it. My style shooting is somewhat like yours but when I hit my anchor point I let'er rip. There is a stabilization but it's more mental than actual and I'm mentally putting the point of a pin where I want the arrow to hit.
@peterjuulsgaard4 жыл бұрын
I shoot 50 pounds in this case. Actually I´m not holding the string. I´m just slowing down when I reach my anchor and then keep pulling untill the feather is touching my nose, which is my trigger signal! If you are consistent in your way of doing things, and you can keep targetpanic away, you should keep doing what you do! Thanks for watching

Hey Peter.....Nice shooting...You have to come to the U.S. and get a chance at these Whitetails.? I notice the bow string sitting on the recurve end of the bow, is the brace height set low with that much contact on the limb..or do you prefer it with that much contact,I know you had issues with noise, maybe string slap against the limbs has a little to do with it. Just a thought. Again Nice shooting. Also whats up with "Tem" check your comments.
@rubenv30264 жыл бұрын
It's a super recurve, has a lot of string contact
@timswoodadventures88774 жыл бұрын
Well.... That explains all that string on the bow limb...thanks Ruben V.
@peterjuulsgaard4 жыл бұрын
Well Tim Thanks for the concern, but this bow is built that way! The super curves is supposed to look like this. The recommended braceheight is 6,3 to 7 and mine is 6,75 right on the money. This bow does not make more noise than other bows I have in that regard. Thanks for watching🏹 What is “Tem”?
