Traditional Armenian Dish: Qyalla!

Qyalla, a traditional Armenian dish, is a cow head cooked for more than eight hours in a special oven. It is said that the origins of the meal comes from when the wealthy would take the best parts of the cow, leaving the head and legs for the poor, who came up with this unique recipe.
