Yep cougars are everywhere out here - killed a guy in 2018 - attacked a biker this year - both in this same area

Do you carry a pistol or bear spray when you scout/hunt? We have black bear in Eastern Kentucky. I have turkey hunted there but never saw a bear. I carry a pistol everywhere I go anyway now, but back then I didn't. I have never heard of a bear attack in Kentucky.
