Traditional Dutch "oliebollen" recipe

Ingredients for about 15 large or 30 small oliebollen:
- 100 grams of raisins
- 100 grams of currants
- 0.5 liters of milk
- 500 grams of flour
- 5 grams of salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 7 grams dry yeast (or 20 grams fresh yeast)
- powdered sugar
To bake:
- 2-3 liters of sunflower oil (or sunflower frying oil)
