Badiyan - 1

Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Spoon
Jeera - 1/2 Spoon
Curry Leaves - 10
Hing - 2 Pinch
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon
Garlic - 1 Clove
Water - 3/4 Glass
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Spoon
Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 1 Spoon
Turmeric - 2 Pinch
KATHIYAWADI LASAN NI CHUTNEY:
Garlic - 3 Cloves
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Spoon
Dhaniya Jeera Powder - 1/2 Spoon
Salt - 1/4 Spoon
FOR BHAKHRI:
Wheat Flour - 1 Bowl (350 grams)
Ghee
Oil - 4 Spoons
Salt - 3/4 Spoon
Water - 3/4 Cup
