My mouth drools each and every time I watch this video. Mongolia's food looks absolutely delicious. And it needs to be this way, if its people are to survive in the country's harsh continental climate. Mongolia's culture is absolutely beautiful, and it's people are so amazing and hospitable. One Mongolian right here!!Here's a little lifehack. so u make tsuivan is a dinner the night before and in the next day u just add that mongolian milk tea to it and u eat it as a noodle soup. One time a Japanese man visited Mongolia and had a meal at a mongolian household. The food they give him was tsuivan with milk tea. next day the Japanese man asked to have the meal he had the day before (tsuivan+milk tea) and no one knew what that was (bc it's not an actual meal) so the way he described was "noodle in white soup". And from that on Mongolians started to use "noodle in white soup" as a name for tsuivan+milk tea 😂😂😂

I live in Mongolia and heres some few facts. Put Tsuivan in the milk tea. It perfect. We basically use any meat to put in the dumplings or anything We also have Tsagaan edee which I don't know what it means in English. Tsagaan edee is basically milk hardened. We have aaruul, tarag(yogurt), eezgii, hailmag, unum, etc. We also have a traditinial language called. Mongol bichig(Mongolian writing) It a language where there are many different ways to make a letter. You write it from up to down not just the normal way. Also saying and writing for the traditional Mongolian language is a bit different from the normal Mongolian language. Like Миний(Mine) is Мину. Etc. There are in total 11 different things to make a letter. 1. Titem(Crown) 2. Nuruu(The Human Back) 3. Shud(Tooth) 4. Gedes(Belly) 5. Shilbe 6. Suul(Tail) 7. Num(bow) 8. Tsatslag(Also a Mongolian object I don't know it in English) 9. Gezeg(THE tail) 10. Ewer(Horns) 11. Dusal(Droplet or Dot)

I remember a story about a Japanese eating some food and he really liked it. But he didn't know what was the name dish because he had it while he was traveling around the countryside. So he had the food in one of the nomad's homes. Then the Japanese came back to Mongolia craving for that food but he couldn't find it. He was trying to explain to his guides and trying to find but couldn't. And the funny part was that it was that last dish, fried noodles. But the way we eat it when it's cold, we put it in our hot milk tea (same one with dumplings). That is why he couldn't find the dish in restaurants :DDD

As a Mongolians we're not living for the EAT, we're eating for LIVE. That's makes us different from the south east asians, like doesn't consider on seasoning and never put vinegar such a things. just salt meat and flour little onion that's all.

Razz mn you got a point , Mongolians eat to survive not to actually enjoy the food

Dang, watching this making me miss Mongolia big time. The milk tea grows on you. I can't get enough of it now, and make my own here in the States. The grease is most likely ghee. Tsuivan is easy to make too, try making it for your next cooking vid!
