INGREDIENTS: Green papaya, yellow papaya, small onions, garlic, carrot, vinegar, rice, pandan leaves Spices: cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, drumstick bark, ginger, coconut grated, turmeric, salt. Vinegar Boil 1. Take earthen vessel heat it add sufficient vinegar, add salt. 2. Add full green chilly in vinegar boil remove it. 3. Add full small onions in vinegar boil remove it. 4. Add grated carrot in vinegar boil remove it. 5. Add grated papaya in vinegar boil remove it. Masala: Grind these things in same order. 1. Add mustard seeds soaked in vinegar, drumstick, cinnamon bark crush as paste. 2. Add ginger, garlic pods, pepper crush into paste, keep aside. 3. Grind 1 & 2 paste nicely, soak in vinegar solution 4. Add salt to taste, add green chilly, small onion, grated carrot, papaya grated white. SEAL: using banana leaf seal the above mixture for 1 whole day, tie with rope the neck of vessel air tight.
