The girls you're searching for congregate at higher levels there. -Wear a Portugal hat or shirt (must have the colors and flag on it). Portuguese people will always notice and mention it to you. It's like a beacon that draws them in, they just can't believe they've found one out in the wild. -This one is time-sensitive: Portugal Day is coming up in a couple weeks, check to see your local Portuguese Society or Cultural Center if they're renting a hall anywhere in the city for that day. They're for sure throwing a party.
