This is a delicious traditional rice custard pie from the province of Limburg in The Netherlands. I filmed my Father-in-law going through the steps with tips & tricks along the way. Thank you so much Opa for showing us this recipe and for making it for all of these years. Even better served with a giant spoonful of fresh whipping cream on top!

Ingredients:
*2½ Cups or 340g Flour
100g or ½ Cup of short-grain rice
4 + 1 Cups of Milk
3 large eggs
½ Cup + 1 TB Sugar
1 TB yeast
Pinch of Salt
1 TSP Oil
2 x 8g packages of Vanilla Sugar
Optional:
2 to 3 TB of
BOLS Advocaat
*Flour measurement is approximate
Bake at 350F / 175C for 30 minutes
