Hi mam, In spite of your frozen shoulders, you always to choose to make items that require physical strain like mysore pa, sevai etc. That shows ur will power to stretch beyond limits.. Inspiring.. Though in 30s I plan and limit my menu according to my physical strength for that day.. Probably we shouldn't/should give that comfort to our body.. Any thoughts??
