I adore Noi, she lights up my life with her recipes and her infectious personality. I love how she talks to son in law. I lived in the Phillipines for 2 years and had a maid who was my friend not a maid, I told her not to call me mam Lee, she can call me chickiebabe. I called her mam Tess. All her friends thought it was hilarious. We had soooo much fun together. Noi brings back so many happy memories with mam Tess. Keep up the good work Noi, your the best💕🌈💕 I also love your daughter and followed her through Masterchef. She has such a calm character. I can only but imagine how much mischief you two get up too, playing tricks on son in law. xx

Let me just say that Noi makes me happy. I love all of her sayings like, “ listen to Noi.” And I can tell she loves her SIL.😍 Just for the record, I love spring rolls. Noi makes it look so easy. As for sauces, I prefer sweet chili. Do you have a recipe for the rice paper spring rolls that aren’t fried? I’m crazy about hose, too. Another great video for the books. 🥰😍🤗

Vietnamese deep fried their eggrolls with the filling raw. Now I know to cook the filling first before rolling and frying them. Cuts the frying time in ½. Thanks for the tip! 🥰
