Hey, traditional women did work A LOT! They contribute to the finance of a household: farming, agriculture, and several services. Also, there are women out here that don't spend on manicure, hair dye, and actual save money and care for their families. And there are men not providing for their family. A lot of adults have no consideration about finances neither safety.

They intentionally pick a time where a wife was hardly treated as a human being, stuck on opium or worst case had to get a lobotomy 🤷🏽‍♀️. Well pearl is a business woman and she caters to a fetish a lot of lonely men have to milk them financially. They don't realize they put all their thoughts and energy in to girls they try to avoid instead of concentrating on what they want. There is a war going on on family, men and women and we are the pawns in this sick game of chess. I don't believe that men or women are the problem. It seems more of a problem of society that creates these "modern men" and "modern women" which are both horrible, hateful and destructive. In all these arguments we keep forgetting that we are all human beings with our own needs, desires and dreams and noone is . If it keeps going like that we will have a Korean 2.0 of the 4B movement. No one is entitled to have a spouse or partner. These are sad times for everyone...

Women be like “We want equal pay as men” but then be like “We want our men to make more than us”. Like bro, that’s not how math works 😂 Edit: Since y’all seem to misunderstand, let me clarify. I am not against equal pay for the same work. I am just against women who view their man as a financial investment for their future. It’s greedy, materialistic, and it’s not love. And you never see it the other way around. I’ve never heard a man say he won’t date a girl because she only makes minimum wage. People should be judged by their personality and the size of their heart. That’s how God judges people. That’s how love works and how relationships work. Y’all ultra-feminists and ultra-trad/conservatives both have it all mixed up with these gender roles. Only thing that matters is love.

@BluesDeville
@BluesDeville Жыл бұрын
@@yesseniacorona5040 Being a mom is not a full-time job. It's a full-time privilege. A privilege afforded to you by your husband that actually works a full time job with no loyalty or understanding from his boss like you have from your husband. It's his sole responsibility to pay the bills to keep a roof over your heads, keep water/gas/electric on, food, internet, phone bills, automobiles, insurances, medical, dental, maintenance costs, etc. He goes to work every day knowing if he doesn't do his job on schedule and better than the next guy, or the economy/job market takes a dive, his beloved family could end up living on the streets. He goes to bed with that thought every night and wakes up with it every morning. It's what drives him to keep doing it day in and day out. And, if he works a physically labor-intensive job, he knows he's wearing his body out and wondering if there will be anything left if and when he retires. But, he'll never tell you, even if you ask him, because he doesn't want to burden you with his agony. He just wants you to take care of the kids, and enjoy the privilege of getting to do so...because he doesn't get that privilege. I know both sides of this because I live both sides of it. I'm a single full-time dad (because my wife went off the deep end and decided she didn't want to be a mom anymore long ago) that gets the privilege of raising my kids like you do. While, also, like your husband, getting the agony of working full time to pay the bills and trying to keep my family housed, fed, clothed, and medically well. On top of that, I do all of the maintenance on my home, yard, and vehicle. I'm lucky that my oldest is finally reaching the age where he can look after his younger brother and sister for a bit while I'm working late or going to the grocery store, or running errands, etc, and he can contribute to cleaning and laundry duties. There are also single full-time mothers that do most of the things I do, and some of them are even balancing multiple jobs to make hours to live paycheck to paycheck to keep their kids taken care of. Modern women that think just being a mom in the comfort of their own home with modern appliances like vacuums, dishwashers, and washer/dryer (some of which are robotic or wirelessly controlled) is a full time job seriously have no real perspective of what their husbands actually mentally and physically deal with. I'd take the privilege of just being a dad over the agony of being the sole provider without a moment of hesitation. With that said... I've used up the 15 minutes of break time I have to respond instead of just watching menial videos to clear my head at work. Just make sure you tell your husband that you appreciate what he does and save him the nitpicking because he has enough going on in his mind that you don't even know about.

I'm a traditional wife. I got married at 22. We waited until we were married to have sex. I'm a homemaker. When we got married, he was in his 20's and was still building his career. Our budget was tight at first, but he is intelligent, has his MBA, and is a very driven and ambitious man. I knew he would do whatever it took to build his career and provide a lovely life for us I was frugal, especially in those early years, and we lived a very simple life. But now, we have been married for 12 years and his career is doing amazing. We live way below our means and have disposable income now. We have built a beautiful life together, but it took short term sacrifice for long term gain! Every sacrifice was worth it. Sacrifice builds character. We have an amazing marriage. My husband is my best friend and the person I love most in the world. He is loving and kind. He provides and protects me. He's an excellent decision maker and is so smart. We have the best most interesting conversations and we love to listen to audiobooks together. We have such a great life. I can't imagine if I had had the same mindset as so many of these women she's talking about. Had I been unwilling to date him because he was "average" as far as income went I would have missed out on being with a man who loves me so deeply and would do anything for me. And for what? Temporary pleasures?

If you had decided not to date him, that would have been your decision and yours alone to make. Women make decisions all the time for their own reasons, and they don't need to justify them beyond "it's not what I want right now." And if a woman decides not to date a man because he's not rich enough, that is her right and he can happily move on with his life knowing that he dodged a bullet and find himself a woman who cares more about other things. Not every man is set for greatness. Some men need to sort themselves out before they think about marriage and that is not up to women to do for them.

Why? She seems to be making sense to me.. People are getting conditioned into asking for energy they themselves are not projecting… If women want traditional values in a relationship or marriage then they should hold traditional values for themselves as well… A lot of women say they want to be courted, they want to be protected, they want their man to make more, etc.. Women are very verbal about what they want so people took note and are seeing the energy not being reciprocated…

A lot of women don’t like to accept the fact that they’re materialistic and ask more than they give. Granted, there are some that give more than ask, but those are very few. Staying single, being without any attachments until you actually find a woman that appreciates life, and not lifestyle, is a big key to staying sane. Good luck bro.

I was married for 14 years. She had two master's degrees. She decided to become a stay-at-home mom and take care of the kids. She took great care of us. Never asked for more than what we could afford. Was my buddy forever. She got breast cancer 9 years ago. We helped each other through that difficult time and we got through it. Last November, she was told that the cancer had returned and had spread. In january of this year we buried her. I now have her two children and I have her two houses and all her possessions. I would give away all the possessions if I could spend 5 more minutes with her. See her again, feel her skin and hear her voice and feel her warmth again. In her final moments we said goodbye and thanked each other. In her last moments she was not concerned with money or possessions. Crazy that women nowdays care about that so much. I really had nothing when she met me. And when we got married we had no money. Yet she chose me. She was the most beautiful gift I could have ever received. We have always complemented each other and tried to create a paradise at home. We succeeded. Now that she's gone, I have live has no taste and no color. It's like everything has gone gray. My message to everyone is that they really think about what this life is all about. Loving your Creator, fixing your health, spend as much time as you can with your family, relatives and friends. Money comes much later. And if it doesn't come at all, then thats fine also. Edit 14 January: All your messages really moved me. Its a loss that has no description. I can't tell you what I feel, because these emotions I never felt before. Its very strange. This monday (16 January) it will be exactly 1 year that she passed away. They say that time will heal all wounds. I don't think it heals a wound. You just cover it with others things. Despite the fact that I know she is gone and wont come back Sometimes I suddenly realise that I am not going to see her again and the tears follow quickly. I still cry every day. Maybe not good for some people that think that man don't cry. But I do. If you would loose the thing I lost, you would cry all day. Thanks everyone for the support. Sorry for my English. I am a Turkish guy that lives in the Netherlands. So English is my "third" language.

My lifestyle changed dramatically when I decided to be a stay at home mom. My hubby and I made great money together, but my role wasn’t money maker, it became home maker once that baby well seasoned in my belly. Nearly 30 years later, I have no regrets. My kids are homeschooled as well. I cooked everyday, three times a day. I did the soccer mom thing, I coached basketball for youth sports so my kid could play. We raised a garden, we canned spaghetti sauce every year for gifts, we made cinnamon rolls and sold them, we learned Tae Kwon Do together. I could not have done that if my lifestyle took precedence over my actual life. Life changes and lifestyles evolve.

Everyone focusing on themselves is why we're in this predicament. That sounds like a sensible solution but it is the path that is leading us all to destruction. Focus on being there for others and require those in your circle to do the same. When you see a woman with flawless hair, flawless makeup flawless clothes, flawless body... You're looking at a person entirely focused on themselves. There's a reason your mom wore mom jeans, why your father wore cargo shorts and new balance sneakers, they weren't focused on themselves, their resources time and attention were on others. Do something kind for someone without posting it on social media for clout and instant gratification. Serve others and you will encounter like minded women of true value. 😂

All these so called men who are looking for a traditional woman, spend hours playing video games, don’t own a property, a house, a field, livestock, they don’t build. That is a traditional man. My husband makes less than I do, and we've been together for 14 years. I love his companionship, and what we have, we've built, together as a team. Exactly. Its like they live in L.A. around a bunch of social media influencers and think that the shit they see around them is indicative of how the average person in the U.S. lives. I know far more married/taken people than I do single. I know so many men who have low to average paying jobs that have wives/girlfriends. Most couples live in normal sized homes. The average woman does not expect a mansion. The average woman just wants a normal happy relationship with a normal man in which they are a true partnership, not him thinking hes above her or treating her like his subordinate. Most women also work so acting like women should still do all the cooking/cleaning/childcare when they work full-time too isnt realistic or fair. Sorry but "traditional" women didnt work or pay bills. The man was expected to pay for every single expense. Yet nowadays if a woman says she expects that shes called a gold-digger. So do men really want traditional or not? No, most who talk like that only want it when it benefits them, ie being waited on hand and foot at home, having their wife run herself in the ground doing it all, etc. I'm so glad I'm married to a normal man who loves me and views me as an equal. We are a team. We both work, both cook, both clean, both take care of our child, etc. It eases the load all around when you share in each role. He cant expect me to be happy, mentally healthy, and in the mood for intimacy if I'm carrying more of the load.

I’ve worked from home or part time to pay for makeup, hair, clothes and everything for our boys so our ‘wants’ didn’t affect our income. My husband sold his Harley and boat…his lifestyle 🤔 Men & women have a lifestyle they appreciate… the key is adjusting the income-spending ratio as a team. Took the words right out of my mouth. It's unfortunate, but I have a hypothesis of this action. I believe real education (not necessarily a degree, but real knowledge) can help transform people to open their eyes to the BIG picture and learn to listen to understand another person's perspective, not listen to speak. Yet when they do speak, they speak amicably. Not necessarily agreeing to others, we all don't think the same, but debate in a way where one isn't talking down base on looks, money,... but amicably debate on logic. There was once beauty in the way of being real, simple, intelligent, respectful,... I believe we can get there again, but it starts with us. Excuse my tangent. I just hear too many people (not just women) rush actions you pointed out.

Wait wait. What you mean "eeeeeeverything"?? Traditional women are already content when the rent, groceries, basic hygiëne products and some clothes are paid. But you're talking about brand shoes & clothes, beauty salons, chic restaurants, jewelery gifts, exotic holidays and whatever your lifestyle is. I think you don't actually have a clue what a traditional woman is. She doesn't need any of that. She doesn't care for it. You're only using the words "traditional woman" for your own benefits and desires to get men to finance your lifestyle, but you're not that woman. You're simply not.
@RavenFeathers90
@RavenFeathers90 Жыл бұрын
@@Kyoto99952 I pay for my own "lifestyle". I don't ask a man to do it for me. But, if I did have a traditional relationship with a man, and he bought me bare minimum things just simply for me to exist and breath, that is in no way enriching my life or our children's lives. Your bare minimum contribution shows to me that I'm just an accessory in your life. And not a person who you genuinely are interested in making happy. If I made my husband microwaved ramen every night after got home from work and said "well I cooked for you, that's good enough", it's rather disappointing isn't it? I can do the bare minimum too. I'm sure any husband would appreciate something more substantial. And let me be clear and say that what we give our partners shouldn't have to be ridiculously unreasonable. But basic things? What about funding your children's and wife's interests/hobbies? After school activities? Field trips? Those are purchases and expenses that are beyond the basics. At a minimum, if you estimate that your wife does 40 hours a week worth of housework and child caretaking at $7.25/hr, that's $15,000 a year. So that's $1,250 worth of value a month. I don't know if you and I have a different perspective on what women are buying and what level of lifestyle they are at, but damn, if shes putting in effort to make the household as best as it can be, then basic provisions are an insult. Just as a perspective, I make $30,000 a year and pay my bills just fine and manage to travel twice a year because I find extremely cheap deals. I manage to budget my hobbies and buy things that I want just fine. But it's certainly not basic. So honestly it just depends on what YOU think is unreasonable. Because I think most women are far more reasonable than people give them credit for. Pearl was interviewing a lady who wanted a $200,000 wedding ring and that's just NOT the normal public.

Traditional women wouldn't say or think that, they don't feel this sense of entitlement and ingratitude. But again, you wouldn't know because you are not one. You couldn't even imagine being one for 2 seconds. And I know why. You actually don't want to be a traditional woman. You just want the benefits of the traditional relationship where a man provides for you, but you are not willing to have the responsibilities of the traditional woman. What do you have to offer as a non-traditional woman? It's just not gonna cut it. That's how you go wrong, wanting it both ways. You want your cake and eat it too, but you simply can't.

@@Kyoto99952 Your idea of a traditional woman is one who accepts bare minimum things from her husband without complaints, while she herself puts in maximum effort for him.
