ගෙදර තක්කාලි ගොඩක් තිබුන නිසා තක්කාලි බතක් හදන්න කියල හිතුවත් සිරිවර්ධන මාමා මීගමු ලෙල්ලමෙන් ඉස්සො වගයක් ගෙනත් දුන්න නිසා තක්කාලි බත හදන අදහස හිතෙන් අතඅරින්න වුනා. ඒත් අනේ මන්ද තක්කලි ටික ඉදිල වැඩියි වගේ නිසා හෙට වෙද්දි නරක් වෙලා අපතෙත් යනවා. ඉතින මම ඉස්සොයි තක්කාලියි දෙකම දාලා වෙනමම බතක් හදන්න ඕන කියල තීරණය කලා. සිරිවර්ධන මාමා ගෙනාපු ඉස්සන්ගෙන් වැඩි පංගුව ලොකු අම්මලයි ගෙදරට දීල ඇවිත් බත හදන්න පෝරනුව පත්තු කරල දෙන්නම් කියල පොරොන්දු වෙලා ගියපු අපේ මල්ලි පැය ගානක් යනකනුත් ගෙදර පලාතක ආවෙ නෑ. මං ඉතින් තනියම වැඩ ටික කරගෙන තනියම පෝරනුවට ගින්දරත් දාගනිද්දි තමයි මේ හාදයා ගෙදර ආවෙ. හැබැයි ඉතින් හිස් අතින් නෙවයි, අන්නාසි ගෙඩි තුනක්ම අතින් කටින් එල්ලගෙන පරක්කුවට නිදහසට කාරණාත් කියාගෙන. ලොකු අම්මලයි දිහාට වෙලා එහෙ නංගිත් එක්ක අන්නාසි සලාදයක් හැදුව කියාගෙන ආවත් මට හිතට ආවෙම අන්නාසියි තක්කාලියි ඉස්සොයි සේරම එකට කාල ඇගේ උෂ්නෙ කොහෙන් පිට වෙයිද කියල. තනියම පෝරණුත් පත්තු කරගෙන උයන්න ගිය අස්සෙ ඉස්සන්ගෙ උෂ්නෙ බහින්න මුරුංග කොල ටිකක් වත් දන්න ඉස්පාසුවක් නැති වුනා. දැන් ඒ මදිවට අන්නාසි සලාදෙකුත් අරන් ඇවිත්. අනේ ඉතින් එක එක වෙලාවට පොඩි පොඩි විකාර වැඩ තිබුනත් සමහර වෙලාවට අපේ මල්ලිත් කරන වැඩ නම් කියල වැඩක් නැති තරමට හොඳයි. උෂ්න වැඩියි කිව්ව නිසා මේං මෙයා දඩිබිඩිගාලා සව් වලින් අතුරුපසක් හදල. ඇත්තටම ඒ අතුරුපසනම් දැක්කමත් ඇග නිවෙනවා. හිතත් නිවෙනවා. ඒ තරම් සරල සුන්දර ලස්සනක්, රසත් ඒ වගේම තමයි. මිංචි රසයයි, දෙයි යුෂයි එකතුවුන රසනම් ඕන තරම් දෙහි බීම බොද්දි දැනිල තියෙනවනෙ. ඒත් ඒ රස සව් ඇටවලට මුහුවෙලා දිවට දැනෙද්දි දෙලුම් ඇටයකින් විහිදෙන දෙළුම් යුෂ බිදුවක රසයත් එකතු වුනොත් කිහොමද කියල දැනෙන හැගීම නම් ඇත්තටම මට විස්තර කරගන්න අමාරුයි. ඒකයි අපේ මල්ලිගෙ සමහර වැඩ කියල වැඩක් නෑ කියල කිව්වෙ. එදා ඉතින් අලුත් ජාතියෙ ඉස්සො බතකුයි අලුත් ජාතියෙ අතරුපසකුයි එක්ක දවල් කෑම වෙල රසවත් වුනා. ඉතින් මට හිතෙන්නෙ ඒ අලුත් අලුත් දේවල් නිසා අපේ ජීවිතත් අලුත් වෙනවා වගේම රසවත් වෙනවා. ඒ අලුත් රස අපේ ජීවිත වලට රසවත් මතක එකතු කරනවා. ආදරෙන් නදී♥
