I made this Friday for supper. This is my favorite chili I have ever made! Never had corn in chili but I must say it is a great addition. The smokey flavor is incredible. Thanks for the video!

When you simmer after it’s done. Do you like turn on the stove or let it be just with the lid on.

I waited for IT of beef to hit 165. About 1.5 to 2 hours depending on size of beef.
