Great video! Lots of helpful info. and tips. BTW, it's COTIJA (Coe Tee Ha.), not COJITA. It took me 2 years to remember the correct way. Cojeetah was what I called it.

Are you speaking on behalf of all Mexicans? I have eaten my share of mexican food in my life and a whole lot of sour cream has been a part of the dish.
