Agar police ne koi message nahi bheja challan ka 2.police send the challan to court after 6 month which is not legal according to crpc 468 3.traffic challan if compound able is cancelled ant court will not enterfere in this. Then either we have to pay or complain against police why they are not following according to law

Hi U have to wait for 6 month if u don't get any notice from court then u should not pay the amount because the challan validity is only of 6 months also you can ask to police to send that chalan in court ( but the time period of chalan should be more than 6months from the date mentioned on chalan ). This is valid if police asking for payment after 6 month of time period only.

Today I was coming from nearest railway station to my home with my brother. I am a state govt employee in another district. So as a pillion I didn't wear a helmet. The security stoped us and asked why I didn't have helmet. I told that I am coming from duty by Train. So I don't have the helmet. He took photos and told to wear helmet in future. I told usually I always wear but since I coming from duty by train so I didn't have helmet right now. Then we left. After reaching home I got a message of challan amounting 1000/-. I am from hooghly westbengal. I have been imposed with non helmet echallan and they put my image wearing helmet and handgloves. As it is a harrasment and a mistake by them i mailed the helpdesk and also raised a grievance. Helpdesk replied me to contact echallan authority. Now i dont know where it is.
