It is a shame that alomsot everyone has abandoned CS1. I love the game and recently got back into it. Only to find it feels like a ghost town. I wish the mod makes would nominate someone to be caretaker of the mods and maintain them the best they can.I know it would be a big job. But it would keep people like me happy again.

​@@ssabt12Yes, and all those mods and features were developed over years, and not all available on day 1. It seems many people forget that. The modded CS1 we have now, even the vanilla CS1 we have now, is significantly superior to CS1 on day 1. Give CS2 and the modding community time, and CS2 will be just as amazing. For example, the new road modding tool coming out on Friday will be huge. Its something that wasnt even possible with CS1 and its mods. To be able to customize lanes on the fly will be amazing.

With all your mods and stuff, I was over an hour in watching you, and thought it was Cities Skylines 2 lol. It amazes me how little difference their are between the 2 with graphics, gonna have to fire me up some CS1, Tried of trying to work around bugs in CS2.

Hey holly, a little tape (electrical or even painters tape) around a metric or sae nut will let wrenches interchangeably. The problem is you can’t really torque to proper spec. God bless you guys!

They should tweak the mechanics of how the fire departments combat fires, there is no sense of containment on how they fight the fire they just keep chasing it. They should focus on keeping it from spreading as well as about putting out the specific things on fire. I think would give it a more realistic feel as you watch them combat the fire.

Man, I always get sparkly eyes, when I see, what was/is possible with a nice city builder and a lively mod community. C:S2 in comparison seems so life- and loveless. I know, it's not a fair comparison, cause C:S1 had some years to come to this point, but they could have transferred sooo much of C:S1's fun and love right at the beginning, had they set the focus right. I feel that C:S2 is on a good way and mods are coming faster now, but I for sure need to revisit C:S1 sometime. :D

Biffa, what do you mean you can't force buses to use bus lanes? I do that all the time with traffic manager. I go into the option of banning traffic (third last in the traffic manager menu) to do that. I ban buses on all lanes except for the bus lane and they don't go on those on every selected node of the road

That Bridges content pack ended up being a bit of a disappointment for me. The assets themselves look awesome - but I've never found a reason to use one-way rail bridges, so two thirds of those ended up being useless. And I keep trying to use the road bridges, but then I want to install trams or bus lanes or something, and then it's nope... back to vanilla bridges because the bridge assets are limited to one specific road configuration. The pedestrian bridges and that one rail viaduct have ended up being the only thing I've ever really used from the entire pack....

I did the same (mistake) last video.... It´s a movie of Biffa doing New Tealand a couple of years ago... .even if he asks for name suggestions or vote wich maptile he should buy next, it´s all footage from the past...Alien Rockpark should be called E.Tea Park (E.Tea- the extra Tea-resticle....)
