Like it is going slower then traffic as it has a spare tire that is only ratted at 55mph, or it broke down on the side of the road and to help highlight the car is on the side of the road....... Law Enforcement/Fire Department use Red and Blue or all blue in some area as the color shows that they are emergency units..... Hazard lights are orange = Caution.... (For folks outside the states that may see this)

The fact that you’re suggesting the officers act inhuman and dont usually act cooperatively tells me you have at least a slight animosity towards police in general. I'm so glad my dad taught me some important things to remember if you are stopped by a police officer. Always be respectful and remember to never argue with them on the side of the road, their job is extremely difficult, Don't make it worse. If you feel that you have been mistreated, explain it to the judge when you go to court. So far my dad's advice has been spot on. I'm 46 years old and have never been in any serious trouble.

I'd say 99.99% of the many many MANY videos that I've seen of traffic stops here on youtube and elsewhere (probably over 1,000 by now), haven't shown anything other than respectable, polite encounters by PD that go sideways because of the perpetrator, not the cop. You say _"you get _*_tired_*_ of seeing some bad videos"_ Must be a lot of "bad videos" to be so tired, but in reality, they exist nowhere, because if they did, I would have seen them, and 100% no doubt I would not forget seeing them. Yep, he easily could have had it towed. A lot of police have friends who do towing, they help them make money. They towed my wife's car (accident, I wasn't there). Towing fee + impound fee. $300.00 that night. That really sucked. We're White and cops were White, for whatever that's worth.

Unfortunately thats a part of the job. This past Sunday I found my self being a peace maker between two men who by their appearance seem homeless. They were fighting and I ask them to stop. Well one did and the other proceeded to approach me. I gave him repeated verbal warnings not to. However, he did so I pepper sprayed him, and went to get water so he could flush his eyes. In the midst of all that some one called the police. When they showed up I was placed in hand cuffs. I told the officer I had a gun. He took it and went about doing his business called the day and all that jazz. To make a long story short I was released from the handcuffs about 20 minutes later and had to wait. When it was all over I was given back my gun and it ended respectfully. My point is simple, act decent and the out come can be a lot different. I myself work in law enforcement and understand the verbal abuse officers put up with, which is not against the law by the way.
