Not sure what country you live in but the USA has in fact no official language and there are a lot of places that do not use English as majority language. The usa, especially to the south was always dominant Spanish speaking. They were even there first, then the English came. If the US school system would make two languages mandatory, like it is in most other countries for highschool students, there wouldn't be that much of a problem.

Hindsight is always 20/20. Hate to Monday morning quarterback this trooper but DAMN. If this suspect had wanted to get the drop on this trooper/kill him he could have done so fairly easily. So many of these traffic stop videos out there that show similar risky behavior, Some with deadly consequences. First mistake, and a big one at that, is how the trooper walks over and stands right infront of that passenger door window. I mean he did good by at least not going on the driver-side door where a distracted driver could swerve into him or be pushed out into traffic by the driver in a fight. However, standing infront of any car window like that is a fatal mistake where many officers have lost thier lives. Second mistake was when he asks the driver out of the car. Does not keep eyes on him, bends down to look underneath the vehicle all the while the driver is free to reach or pull a weapon . perfect opportunity if he had wanted to kill this trooper.. Trooper has no way of knowing for certain the driver is not concealing a firearm. He could have a firearm on him and with the troopers gun hand busy with paperwork the driver could have easily gotten a few shots off before the trooper could react to the threat, drop the documents and pull his firearm out to defend himself. I dont think he would have enough time and would have been shot/killed without even having drawn his firearm. Lastly he doesn't take the time to pat this man down properly before allowing him inside his unit with him.Simply takes his word for it that he is not armed. The waist line is not the only place someone can conceal a firearm. Long story short, he is lucky to be alive. I hope his supervisor reviews this video/body cam footage and brings these fatal mistakes to this troopers attention before he gets himself or his fellow LEOs killed. Complacency kills LEOs.. Stay frosty out there. The life you save may be your own. 😉

Sorry, but you can drive with an out of state out of country drivers license for several months before you have to get a local driver's license. Did the guy have prior suspension? No license at all? This tow is fishy af.

If you move even from state to state you need to register the car in 30 days and you need to get a drivers in 30 days

@@brendadickenson3547 that is simply not true. You need to do it "as soon as possible" but the timeframe varies and can be everything from "immediately" up to 60 days. But that's only true if you _relocate_ and your new registered adress is in that state. If you are living outside the USA, you can keep driving with your foreign license for 3 months. The same time frame that applies to tourist visa. We do not know if the dude actually had a work visa, a green card, a registered adress etc. And normally, the cop just informs you to get it done within a few days or a ticket be issued. This trooper just overreacted.
