The Victor running scene is a masterpiece. In the scene you see him outrunning the boats in the background. This is a direct contrast to when he was a kid and could not keep up with his toy boat. He is able to outrun his own demise.

I'm afraid that Skye wasn't "teleported" anywhere. Viktor proceeded with his experiment without using any shimmer. The shimmer vial was empty. The hexcore needed some sort of life energy to power the transformation and it used Skye. There was only her ashes left at the end. Perhaps her spirit was transferred into the hexcore but that might only be hopeful thinking.

Singed didn't betray Silco. He put him to sleep because he realized he wouldn't be able to keep his composure if he saw Jinx having that reaction to the treatment to heal her wounds.

If you play back the first flashback scene of Viktor, You'll notice there is a little girl looking down at him. That was Sky. I guess you'll find out where she was teleported to next episode, unless someone else can't hold it in. The doctor, Singed, has been obsessed with solving death after he failed to save his daughter. That's why the subject must survive and why shimmer was created. He empathizes with Silco's pain and puts him to sleep so that he doesn't interfere with the surgery and doesn't watch her suffer.

I like the detail of Heimerdinger do a little magic trick to the little girl in Undercity, despite always saying he's against magic. Also about Sky, I think she got killed by the hex core, remember that it kills and turn into dust anything biological, Victor is capable of resist this "damage" because he is using the shimmer's capability of allow biological mutations. Thanks for your reaction, we are almost in the finale already.
