TRAGEDY AS A WOMAN IN HER 20'S GOES OVERBOARD.
An MSC cruise ship had a passenger go overboard at 2am on the way back to Southamptom. She was found by air sea rescue but passed away at the hospital. Port of Tampa re-opens but with limits. Woman compains carnival crew won't reserve seating for her because she's short.
