My Mom bought a house in NE (25th and Prescott) in 1978 for $11, 000. At that time the neighborhood was primarily black. It last sold for $400, 000.00! Hypocritical liberal Portland can't force people out, anymore, so now they just price them out of the market. Typical.

@@Legendary-Duke Yes. It’s cleaner, greener, safer, nicer, and a much better place to live. The pimps, ho’s, hustlers, players, gang bangers, rapists, murderers, robbers, burglars, drug dealers, and other thugs are gone. Business locations that closed up back in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s have reopened. Everything is better there now.
