Sometimes I'm wondering how you do that, cause I kinda always regret watching these videos, because they make me feel strange about my favourite bands and I always have weird feelings whenever put them on. And you're doing all the research for that and honestly if I had so much reality in my life I'd fall right back into depression. I'm impressed that you can stand all that.

Debatable. He never played on any of their studio recordings or was involved in composing any of their music, but was listed as a band member (as opposed to "additional musician") on all the live albums he plays on, and appeared in most publicity shots. But then again neither did official member Jason Everman.

Something you have to keep in mind about Dave is that when he was the drummer of Nirvana Kurt was very demanding of him and had been demanding of past drummers, so when Dave got a chance to be the frontman of his own band he acted a bit like Kurt, and expected a lot of his drummers. I think he’s learned from that a little bit but I certainly don’t blame him much much for how he lead the Foo Fighters early on.

Dave may or may not have been mean or disrespectful, idunno I wasn't there, but he is wholly in his right to do whatever he can to make the album sound better. No, it just shows how mediocre most bands are. The Foo fighters are a mid level draw at best. They don't suck but they aren't great. The fact that they can sell out stadiums shows how weak the rest of the rock bands out there are. If Foo Fighters came out in 1992, they'd be maybe the 10th to 15th most important band. Can't see how anyone could argue that.
