True when someone close to you passes away you actually feel it I felt it when my step father died too I was on a bus and suddenly I saw his face and my heart became heavy five minutes later my mum calling me and only to tell me he is no more

I'm so sorry for your loss. :-/ I'm not all that close to my father so while I'd have regrets if he where to die I wouldn't be devastated by that. But if my mum died... Ugh, I'd struggle with finding a will to live if she where to die... As for not being upbeat, don't worry about it. It's ok to cry. It's a sign of strength in my view.

I am so sorry to hear about your parents. I have dealt with a lot of loss and I'm only 13 years old. My heart goes out to you...it's unimaginable what you have gone through. I'm visiting Norway in early November and will be singing at the Hjertefred festival where they give praise and comfort to those dealing with loss....and I'm also visiting dear friends who live in Oslo. My mother advised me that one can take a pass on going to view the deceased, she says it is quite traumatic and the people don't look as they normally appear all frozen etc.and as you say in some cases their wounded. Thanks for bringing that up but even knowing this I still think I would go to the viewing to avoid some sense of abandonment. It is horribly tragic what you've been through. Many people's worst nightmare. We as humans somehow make it through even in the worst circumatamces. I'm so glad you have your small family unit for comfort. I don't know you but I have deep admiration for your strength that enabled you to and be of great assistance to others in such a difficult time. It is not easy and too tall an order for many in this world to put others before themselves especially when faced with tragedy.💖💖

Accidents in Ug can scare you to drive especially on highways after my studies in Norway I returned to Ug to work here and in 10yrs. I have survived three (2012,2015 & July 2018).....wasn't me driving each time, but trust me after those I have learned to thank God for the gift of life and to also take it slower than usual...... sit at home more till you are rejuvenated

I mean! U spoke for your parents who I am sure adhered to their culture. What harm would it have caused if family viewed their remains? That's the body. The soul is what counts. Your parents had siblings too. It was swlfish of you to do things based on your judgment and emotions. On the contrary, I AM VERY SORRY FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR PARENTS. My heart goes to you 100% and i know that feeling, trust me. I lost my mom to cancer last year November. My dad is still alive thank God but very empty. You can tell cz of his empty stares he has been going thru given that him and my mom were married fr 53 yrs. May God rest our parents' souls in eternal peace.❤❤❤❤❤

Are you serious, Sarita? Ma chère amie, tu vis en Norvège 🇳🇴! 💕 I guess, depending on where you live we have the same weather! I live in Toronto, but I was raised in Montréal. There is a big difference at times, but it is all good! If you can make it in Norway, you can make it in Toronto! Although I know that the Norwegian current gives you that warmer climate between 7C to 30C. On second though, you are right, Norway is warmer than Canada even if you are as North as Alaska! Who would have thought! Thanks for bringing that up! I stand corrected! Haha 🤣 I need to visit Norway! I have too many misconceptions! I was worried that since their black population is so darn low, they would be staring and judging! One cannot be too careful nowadays! Haha Then again, we are talking about Norway who probably invest in more countries than any other Scandinavian countries being blessed with that investment fund! Ok! That’s it! 2020 Norway, here I come! 😁

Mais quand je prenais la décision d’aller à l’université je savais pas que j’allais rencontrer un charmant norvégien qui allait m’embarquer dans son pays 😂🤣 Now I think I could easily live in Canada without too much complaining 😂 What’s the difference between Toronto and Montreal ? I think some places here in Norway would give the coldest places in Canada a run for their money. Winter can get pretty wild here but I live in what I think is the warmest area of Norway 😂 Yeah you definitely need to visit ! Yeah I totally see what you mean , but don’t worry no one will stare at you or make you feel weird . You know the funny thing is I never used to think that if I went to a country as a tourist I’d feel uncomfortable up until I went to Poland and experienced the staring ! But you’ll be fine here and if you do visit we need to meet up for coffee and smørbrod or kaker 😂 I must visit Canada , Canadians are so friendly and I genuinely believe your country is great ! I was to go to UQAM, I know about 10 people who went to uni in Canada and have never come back 😁 they love it there !

Sarita, we don’t have enough wine to talk about the differences between Ontario and Quebec. It is two different environment! Haha 🤣 Just starting with the different language, they speak French in Quebec and the rest of Canada speak predominantly English! Just that will make you think you are in two different country! In Quebec people are more lay back and more socialist than the rest of Canada. I always said that Quebec is the crossroads between Europe and North America! You can see remnants of the old times with the architectures, the way the streets are made, etc. Quebec in that sense looks more like Norway. Even the law is different, they practice civil law in Quebec and the rest of Canada practices common law! I told you it is like living in two different country. Quebec had had a love hate relationship with Canada, but in the end so far they can live without each other! Haha 😆 So you almost went to a Quebec University, huh? Your boyfriend is lucky because your life would have been a whole lot different if you would have made it here! Your baby would have been half Canadian! Haha 😆
