The floppy disk thing is typical for Archer. No one knows what year the show takes place in. The Soviet Union still exists. The cast all wear fashion from the 60s. The computers on their desks are from the 80s. The have cell phones and make modern cultural references. It's all over the place.

Archer actually reads alot. They show off how much he knows of genres, authors, style and popularity. One of my favorited rants is his Coffee Table spats. "Rien Poortvliet, just called [..]. Beloved illustrator of Gnomes. Jesus. Read a coffee table book".

I've always been on the fence about liking this episode. The background activity were more interesting than the main plot. This episode needed more Lana and Ray. Cyril punching is funny every other scene. Not every main scene... but the next episodes of the season though. Benoit.
