Dude I can hang out in there for days. Love it. I actually watched this video 3 years ago and then built my entire room that I sleep in with similar materials to this. My room is not -9 decibels. Its around 4-6 decibals. I ended up having to not only get a more expensive higher quality TV that made less sound but I also had to get rid of my ceiling fans and put in specialty lights because my room is so quiet that it makes those things sound incredibly loud and become a great annoyance. I ended up putting in a secondary small AC unit to power my room and I built the AC ducts with conical materials That you would end up using in like a sound room so that it wouldn't make a lot of noise coming into the room and ended up being great. I grew up having severe insomnia and have had to be on a myriad of cocktails to shut down my mind put me to sleep. Now I'm only down to one of them, I used to take three. Not only that but the only one that I'm left on was the less potent of all three. It was definitely a project and a pain in the ass but absolutely worth it. Changed my life.

@internetspectator60513 жыл бұрын
they weak, he strong
@_aWiseMan3 жыл бұрын
@@internetspectator6051 it honestly depends mental strength isnt as big as a factor compared to how long thoughts go on the longer and faster you think the more effect silence has on you and the more your mental strength strains. You think and think and eventually your thoughts get louder than your voice, Your heart beat seems louder and louder. Until eventually you can hear the blood moving through your body small sounds happening in your mouth like tiny pops and squelches and the silence becomes a sound entirely. Your ears pop more and more over time and it will get to people eventually. Some experience life in new ways others dont it just depends on how fast they start to think more than speak and how quickly they notice the thoughts are louder than the words in person.(btw i have never been in this room but ive had similar experience of sitting in pure silence and i think most of the time to the point not thinking about things barely at all is like inner peace) so if i were in this specific room i would probably want to leave after fifteen minutes as when i think or get caught in thought two minutes feels like fifteen and the outside world would be blocked out entirely to the point i wont hear anything but thoughts running through my mind and thats with noise with out noise would be suffering i cant imagine for me as i wouldnt be able to ignore the noise. Everthing in my body would be in the background only second to my mind. Except for my voice the only thing silwnt would be my voice my breathing,my heart beat,air touching my skin slight itches that cant even be called itches, all of it even things that arent sound feel louder than actual sound being heard. To the point where sound is not longer sound.
