The employees telling you that the ride usually gets stuck is actually a good thing. That means that you can choose to leave, but if you do ride it and it does get stuck, then you know it's a normal thing to happen and won't freak out.

The fact it was taken from a locked locker and then "found" at a later date and not simply same day in lost and found tells me it was taken by a member of staff. A random thief generally doesnt return things, they dispose of them instead....an employed one looking to keep their job however.... As you should. Honestly I know 0 thing about travel costs in America especially mailing things, but I know 1 thing about an apple watch. They're incredibly expensive. In Asia, it's a mandatory unwritten rule to do these kinds of things, even though they're not as expensive as an apple watch. Because it's your responsibility. The negative thing about this is that someone with no sympathy sometimes will ask to mail unworthy found items like a pencil case with no important stuff in it. Some companies has made you charge for these mails because it's getting more common. Still, it's a solid 8/10 that doesn't do this

Universal Studios is very popular so there is a reason why it’s so packed and that the lines are so long. There really isn’t anything the workers can do to change that. The main thing that can change waiting in line is to get a fast pass depending on if you think the money is worth it to not wait in line. Some lines are kinda crazy. Of course there are a few rides in the Harry Potter world area that do sometimes jade technically difficulties. The ride getting stuck can most likely be fixed with some maintenance on the ride. Whenever I’ve gone and the rides got stuck the employees let everyone who was stuck get a free fast pass

One thing that Universal does right that I wish other parks would do is implement the "Single Rider" lines. If you're by yourself, or with people who don't mind riding separately, you can get on most rides within ~20 minutes. They take people from this line to fill the empty spaces because as we all (should) know, a ride operates most efficiently when it's full. Universal gets a solid 7/10 for that reason alone. Edit: I've also been able to pull this off at places like Six Flags by going up the exit ramp, but it's hit or miss if they let you on.

I've gotten stuck twice! Once right after being upside down and the other in the dementor scene. It was only a few minutes. But as someone who use to work there...I can tell you so many stories about people being stuck for hours! If it were up to the TMs they would get you off quickly but there's protocols to follow and it takes a while to get everyone off the ride.

As a lifeguard, Jennifer's review is awful, it does take the full staff to deal with someone having a seizure, especially in a pool environment, you need at least 3 lifeguards to perform a rescue, the manager, a first aider, someone to stand with the family and make sure that they are alright, and someone to call an ambulance (usually a receptionist, or the manager) (I've never had to deal with anyone having a seizure, but you do need the full team to fully work together to ensure the safety of the casualty, their family, and the other pool users)

it deffo depends on which location you go to. florida disney has MUCH longer waits in my experience and frequently experience technical issues across parks while universal is consistently super super fun esp if you don’t go in the super and the waits aren’t too horrible
