THIS LITERALLY REMINDED ME OF ONE OF THE CHAPTERS OF MY BOOK... HOPE YALL RELATE AS WELL... ENJOY... I woke up to find myself in a dark room. I was standing upon inky black waters, I could see my reflection staring back at me. I was wearing the same training garbs I had worn today and my crown sat upon my head. I felt a chill float down my spine before soul-crushing pain splintered through me. My jaw dropped open to let out a scream but my voice felt like it had been trapped inside my throat. I could feel blood gushing out my nose. I tried to block out the pain, I pushed the pain out till I only felt a throb of the pain. Why was I feeling this pain?!?! I fell to my hands and knees trying to breath through the waves of pain that racked through my body. I tried to ignore the pain flowing through my body and looked through my mind, shifting through the different bonds I had created with multiple beings. No one I knew was hurt. No one I knew was being tortured in this realm. Then whose pain was I facing?!? Whose emotions were quacking through my soul?!? A shadow tendril appeared in front of me, curling and stretching towards me as if it wanted me to reach out to it. As if it wanted to create a physical bond with me. I outstretched my blood covered hand towards it, curiosity and familiarity burning through my soul, wanting the pain to disappear. The shadow tendril stretched forward touching the tip of my finger and I could see the bond that had always been invisible to me come to life. A stark-white rope emerged from my torso, it curled itself around my shoulder, twisting down my arm stretching out and entangling itself with the shadow tendril. They twisted together, merging with each other till both were one. Warmth raced down the bond filling my soul before the physical bond that had formed in front of my eyes vanished. I could feel sparks and tingles shoot down my spine replacing the feel of the chill I had felt earlier. Even though it disappeared from my sight I could feel the bond strengthen and connect in my mind's eye. Screams, Pain and Agony flowed down the bond. It felt like my heart was going to burst at any given moment. I sent waves of my magic down the bond trying to give the being on the other side more power to survive whatever they were facing. I spoke down the bond hoping they would hear me. "Don't give up cicaro." As soon as the pain subsided I felt like I could breathe. I needed to reach whoever was on the other side of the bond. I called upon the ancient magic that flowed through my veins. I took hold of the bond and let it flow down the bond. I could feel the magic take its course before I was teleported down the bond into the middle of what seemed to be a storm. I covered my eyes to stop myself from going blind because of the flashing lights that had filled the room. The scent of blood filled my nose causing me to drop my arm and look around the room. I looked at the familiar tree, whose leaves were the size of my head, they were all of different colors, some were the lightest shades of blue, while some of the others were as green as lemon grass, some were as red as roses and some were as dark as the sea. The inky black bark and roots were up and over the soil with spirals and words carved into it that glowed like bright stars. The Tree of Life?! I..I was in Ominium?! I looked around the room I had teleported in. I could hear the songs of people's lives, see the different flashes of their lives. This was not supposed to happen. In the years I had gone missing this tree of life had turned even more evil and corrupted. Goddess Vita had asked me to destroy the tree if it were not salvageable but I had held onto hope that the tree would gain back its bright and purifying power. "Greetingsss...Prowessss...What brings you to my garden of skullsss....". The chilling voice of the tree greeted me reminding me the time I had aided her. I had created a power stone for her so that she could protect herself from the evil that had once inhabited the island. I had once thought that the tree could be saved from the evil that had been inflicted upon her but it seems that I was wrong. Agony shot through me reminding me of the reason I was here. I looked around the room to find a figure leaning against the corrupted tree holding onto a black crystal leaf. I tried to walk towards him but a wall of shadowed-crystal blocked my pathway. I tried to break down the wall but a new one kept emerging before the old one could completely shatter. Curse the bloody fate. I let loose of my magic letting it cross through the crystal walls. I pulled at him dragging him back towards the door present at the entrance of the room. His once glowing eyes were almost dead and dull. His once pink plump lips had turned pale and he was covered in blood, it had dripped down his nose on to the front of his tunic soaking the dark fabric resulting in the cloth to stick to his torso, his once golden skin had turned pale. He looked nothing like the magnificent warrior I remembered he was. The bloody tree had almost sucked out his life source. I sent a breeze of my magic to heal him. As soon as I saw the spell take its course, I turned towards the tree releasing the tight restraint I had placed upon the boiling rage that had erupted from my soul when I had seen his state. The air in the room kept getting hotter as I let go of my anger. The flashing memories sped up, the melodies and songs were sung faster as if trying to finish its course. My blistering rage turned to the wind changing it's gentle nature to a tempestuous one, surrounding the wicked tree answering to my want to demolish and shatter each one of its branches and leaves. "Prowessss....Pleaseee....Stoppp....",The wicked tree cried out begging me to stop the chaos that had been released. She knew that her fate was once again in the palm of my hand and I never made the same mistake twice. "Even after I gave you the power to fight the evil, the corruption. Even after I gave you protection from the wicked rouges that had once inhabited the island. You dared to touch lives of my people. You dared to touch lives that didn't belong to you. I might have forgiven you for your mistakes but even after knowing who the warrior was you still dared to touch his life for that you deserve No. Mercy." I stopped the blustering winds, keeping them still, letting all my anger, pain and agony flow into my magic. "Burn for Life, Burn for Death, Drown in the never ending fall of despair, Blood was drawn unjust and false, Tormented, tortured sing no more, You sung till the skulls of the dead were red, Now let my power fill you with dread, For you have colored my hands with red, Burn for Life, Burn for Death." I turned to him wanting to see him one last time before I cast him out of the room. The drop of blood that dripped down his nose on to the skull laden floor snapped the last bit of control I had on my magic. The room burst to flames eating away everything that crossed its path. The wind tore down every branch and leaf of the tree. I used the power stone to engulf all the evil of the tree so that it would purify all the dark energy it could soak up. I blew a gust of wind to throw the doors of the room open. He sprinted for the doors when they flew open. As soon as he passed the threshold of the room I slammed the doors shut and sealed them. I knew the stone would blow up any minute as it did not have the power to absorb huge amounts of dark energy. I prepared myself to absorb the power surge that was about to strike me. I couldn't let him get hurt anymore because of me. As soon as the stone burst a convulsion rocked the island. I closed my eyes, spreading my arms wide and drew in all the dark energy letting my body become the embodiment of the stone, trying to purify everything that had been thrown at me. Silence. Silence was all I heard. As I opened my eyes I realised I was back in the dark room standing upon the inky black waters. I looked filthy, dirty and exhausted but what astonished me were my eyes. They were glowing like beacons of light emitting intimidating power. But soon the exhaustion of my deeds caught up with me making my body collapse onto the floor. I coughed and spat black blood onto my hands. Tremors and shivers ran through my body and my eyes began to fall shut. I no longer had strength to stay awake. 'Atleast, He was safe...' I'd spent some time trying to find the song "Skit" (29:42) on Eternal Eclipse's channel, however since I couldn't find it, I figured you may have accidentally credited it to the wrong group. If anyone else had the same issue with finding the individual songs on KZbin "Skit" was created by Elephant Music. Nonetheless, great music!
