Was astounded to learn snow leopards have been removed from the protection of the Endangered Species Act. Can not begin to understand why? Why indeed!

WOW. Just finished the video and was astounded to learn they removed the snow leopard from the Endangered list. How can they, (and WHO are THEY?), remove this cat from the list with no one aware of how many there really are? That's crazy! 💔😿

The Ounce (Uncia uncia) is a species of big cat native to Asia, it is one of the only two surviving members of the genus Uncia, the other being the Tiger (Uncia tigris), there are three recognized ounce subspecies: the Western Ounce (Uncia uncia uncia) found in the Pamir Mountains, the Eastern Ounce (Uncia uncia irbis) native to Nepal, Mongolia, China, and Southern Siberia, and the †European Ounce (Uncia uncia pyrenaica), in fact, ounces are the main predator of coexisting animals like the Bactrian Camel (Oreocamelus bactrianus), Yak (Poephagus grunniens), Markhor (Aegoceros falconeri), Saiga Antelope (Saiga tatarica), Tibetan Antelope (Pantholops hodgsonii), Takin (Budorcas taxicolor), Moose (Alces alces), Elk/Wapiti (Cervus canadensis), Hangul (Cervus hanglu), Thorold's Deer (Przewalskium albirostris), Takhi (Equus (Equus) przewalskii), Onager (Equus (Asinus) hemionus), and Kiang (Equus (Asinus) kiang), it is also known to coexist with other predatory carnivoran species like the Chinese Raccoon Dog (Nyctereutes procyonoides), Corsac Fox (Alopex corsac), Tibetan Fox (Neocyon ferrilatus), Golden Jackal (Prolupus aureus), Dhole (Cuon alpinus), Asiatic Black Bear (Ursus (Selenarctos) thibetanus), White-Tailed Badger (Meles leucurus), Himalayan Otter (Lutra aurobrunnea), Shulang (Vormela peregusna), Yellow-Throated Marten/Kharza (Charronia flavigula), Northern Bohebao (Neofelis nebulosa), Manuls (genus Otocolobus), Eurasian Lynx (Lynx lynx), Fishing Cat (Prionailurus viverrinus), and Striped Hyena (Hyaena hyaena).

Almost two thousand miles to the northwest of Afghanistan, the Altai mountains provided the blue-eyed Aryans who Hitler's falsely claied as his basic myth -- that Germans were a first race, when in fact the Germans were southern Visigoths ("later peoples"), when, in fact, the peoples out of Africa went north and north again, following the receeding ice walls and settled in the Altai, an actual Eden. Eventually, they became white skinned, the better to absorb vitamin B through their skins, while reflecting on their navigational skills at having arrived at nearly the top of the world. But paradise never lasts foreve, and the Altai came down the river valleys, assembled on the Mongol plain and went insane.

Agreed...just terribly unfortunate and un-understadable decision..you haven't even been able to see one easily and you're thinking that no.is enough. Terrible decision by govt.of India.
