Trailmater Offroad Recovery

Күн бұрын

We decided to take a trip up Kane Creek Trail to see how bad the flooding damaged the trail. We have had to do repairs in the past due to flooding so we thought we would check it out ourselves. Also a quick walk around of the new member of the fleet, the scrambl8r. Thank you everyone for watching and supporting us.

IMHO, this is one of the finest Trail Mater (TM) (oh, that works!) videos, even in the glittering collection that we have been privileged to see. Thanks, guys! I was disappointed, though: just as I was watching the front propshaft/driveline not rotating, smugly thinking "Dang, they're still in 2wd" Rory called a halt to lock the front hubs in. Great camerawork, Mike. Thanks for the clarity, the scenery, the undercarriage shots and the glob of mud!

Buenos Freaking Dias Rory ! I'm totally digging the new rig ! Jeep Scrambler for the win ! Thank You Rory ( and Shawn or is it spelled differently ?) and of course Mike and Justin for posting " my Saturday morning Trail Mater, Moab Motorsports fix. I wanted to make sure you squared away dudes know that I would rather watch you guys than Mr. Commercial Heavy D, and freaking day of the week. You guys are superbly real, non- flaunting, genuinely cool group of men with a huge amount of integrity ! Though no one has made the comparison between you and your awesome and very straightforward channel and Heavy D's click bait thumbnail and flamboyant un- climatic channel. Though different in your recoveries your channel is far superior in my opinion. Keep on posting, keep being you- don't change anything as we think ( and know) you are the real deal. Awesome video today as usual ! I appreciate the tips and the constant reminders of not wheeling alone. Very solid advice. Big time Regards from Arizona.

@@michaelmcclure8673 not even that we don’t need, I can’t stand watching the videos. It’s all so flashy and riddled with cringy shit; however when I go off roading I’m constantly looking out the sides making sure I’m not running into any rocks at the wrong angle and listening to the engine. Quiet. Rory’s videos reminds me of that, hence why I can actually sit through them.

Kane Creek has a reputation (conditions change), Rory's rig (he took through there) now has a reputation & he now adds another rig to the quiver. Experience, skill, savvy (& many dues paid) get them through to the Highway, (near the Hole in the Rock dive) and then get a tow back into town by a buddy. That's was quite an entertaining" KC" show, with some ramped up "moves" by the driver to get up & over, down & through, a number of the more challenging spots .

You are truely in God's county and for us to see the country as well as go on these adventures with you is amazing. Justin, can you make your videos longer??? Rory, you could make this video 30 minutes and we would still be with you, I always want more, driving, more scenery, more banter. You guys have a great channel and for all of that adventure to be shoved into 14 minutes, please make them longer. Thank you!

Respectfully - If you think about it - If this were a common 1-hour Saturday / Sunday cable-TV show, after all the unnecessary blah-blah, overpriced promotional plugs and 17 commercials, it would provide us with probably less than 14 minutes of actual enjoyable footage. ~ Just sayin.
