Rory, you take tube-bending to a level few have ever seen, even more impressive is you're not following a blueprint or build sheet you're going off a mental image from a vision in your head, this level of creativity paired with the ability to actually produce the vision isn't just rare, it's unheard of. having two other great welder/fabricators working with you sure helps. I guess I better throw in an honorary mention to Hikwing Wolf Garage, that boy is the shit!

I'm glad you guys are wearing your safety glasses. I recently had an MRI. One of the questions on the admittance form was "Do you have any metal shavings in your eye from welding?". I was like I hope not, then spent the whole procedure wondering it metal shavings were going to start ripping from my body. I did survive it.
@robertheinkel62259 ай бұрын
I was doing some grinding with my regular glasses, and about two hours later, my lease shattered, sending fragments into my eye. My eye doctor asked me if I had been using a grinder previously. He explained a hot piece etched my lens. Then the wire frame put enough pressure on the lens to cause it to eventually break.

What's not to love about a shop that has a tablet full of dimensioned sketches to streamline the process of picking a random engine to put someplace that it was never meant to go! I gotta respect that. I am so impressed with the way you are building the new to follow the lines of the old. Throwing a little respect to an old pioneer off-road vehicle that worked every day in the mud and rocks and water long before on-road vehicles were a thing because roads were the exception not the rule.
