I did a bunch of years of ocean and swift water rescue/recovery work. Doesn’t look like much to some people, but this was the 1st off-road rescue from you or any one else that ever made me pucker up a certain part of my anatomy. Cars in rivers are especially dangerous with the risk of getting suctioned underneath. Great work moving slowly and communicating.
@DB-yj3qc3 ай бұрын
It's definitely a very high-risk job. I commented earlier, being a scuba diver. I don't screw around the water without a life jacket, especially fresh water. I don't float.
@Dave-ei7kk3 ай бұрын
Another scuba diver here and also a retired supervisor from a sheriff’s water patrol division. No way were these guys properly equipped to do this job safely. I knew as soon as I saw those dilapidated jet skis and heard them mention jumper cables I knew this operation was sketchy. Yea, they got it out. But I’m glad I wasn’t responsible for that operation.
